Why Elite?
WEEKLY
COMPENSATION:
$325.00 (First year salary) Salaries increase each year an
instructor returns.
Instructors also have the opportunity to earn commission for
recruiting.
Most other camps require you to pay hundreds of dollars on
your credit card for gas and hotel charges. We give our
instructors the money up front!
… Remember, we provide a new car for each of our instructors.
TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED:
You do not have to use your own car! Elite provides brand new
Avis rental vehicles! Most cheerleading organizations
require each instructor to provide his or her own transportation
throughout the summer. Each year, hundreds of college
cheerleaders “abuse” their personal or family vehicle while
teaching for other national organizations. We do not think this
is fair! Elite provides all transportation to and from each camp
site and to the next location or back to home base. You are not
expected to drive your own vehicle. (All car-related expenses
are paid by Elite, i.e. gas, oil, tires, etc.)
AUTOMOBILE
LIABILITY INSURANCE PROVIDED:
While driving our Avis fleet for work purposes, you are covered
by Elite from being held personally responsible for damages
caused to other persons and their vehicles. If you were in an
accident while working for many other cheer camps, your own
personal insurance would be responsible for ALL DAMAGES.
HOTEL
ACCOMMODATIONS PROVIDED:
Many other cheer camps house their instructors in dormitory
rooms not equipped with personal phones, television sets, or
private baths. Another convenience of home that makes traveling
with Elite the very best! Our national office makes all hotel
reservations and Elite pays all hotel costs up front. Other
camps have their staff pay for hotels, and later reimburse them.
STAFF
TRAINING:
Elite provides housing and meals for the 9-day training.
Transportation is the responsibility of each instructor to the
training site.
FULL-TIME
POSITION:
While many other cheerleading organizations will only guarantee
you work for 4 or 5 weeks, Elite offers you a position that
includes at least 8 weeks of work.
UNIFORMS:
With Elite, staff clothing will cost you approximately $60.
While most other organizations require their instructors to
spend up to $200 on uniforms.
